learning to draw - part 1: human women


My first quest to learn to draw things I'm weak at: human women. Here we go!

This is someone else's character, so copyright or whatever goes to Marie for designing her.

So that aside, I borrowed Mark's 'J. Scott Campbell's Danger Girl Sketchbook' book and I've been pouring over that all weekend. I guess now that I feel I've got the comic book anatomy, I'll go backwards and get into some life drawing!
